Our Speakers

Bob Slaby is the Chief Customer Officer at Altify, the Customer Revenue Optimization company, helping businesses generate value and grow revenue. Providing best practices, methodology, and technology, Altify helps revenue teams visualize customers and their desired outcomes.  He is responsible for Customer Success, Consulting Services, Product Implementation and Support. Prior to Altify, he was VP of Customer Operations at Anaplan. Bob also held a number of executive positions at HP, including VP of Sales Operations. Bob holds an International MBA from the University of South Carolina and the Diplôme de français des affaires. Bob received his Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Economics from UC Davis. Bob has served on the Board of Arranmore Arts, chaired the North Central College MBA Board, and lectured at Stanford University. He resides near Los Angeles and is married with two children.

Bryan Hamblin is the Chief Sales Officer at Gainsight, market leaders in customer success and the Customer Cloud vision which delivers everything needed to turn customers into a growth engine. His background includes experience in Sales Leadership, Sales Execution, Corporate Strategy, and Management Consulting. Bryan has a passion for working with B2B companies looking to optimize recurring revenues and drive best in class customer lifecycle management.  He has experience in multiple industries and in particular with companies looking to accelerate their transition to cloud and overall digital transformation/scale. Bryan is located in the Bay Area where he lives with his wife and two daughters.  He is an avid outdoors person, youth sports coach/volunteer, and always an overly optimistic UCLA fan.
