In December of 2015, ITRS Group launched its new IT Operations Analytics (ITOA) offering, ITRS Insights. The company strategically timed its deployment of Altify Account Manager with this launch to give the sales team additional support, and believes that the structure, processes and insights gained from using Altify Account Manager will be key to helping ITRS better understand their clients’ business initiatives and political landscape, and finding the right solutions.
